The Best Time to Start!
Do you have projects that are not moving forward? You are not alone! This is my first blog post on my new website that has been on my project list for a very long time. I guess I could take the cobbler and his shoe excuse and say my website is the last on the list of our priorities. The fact is that choosing to say that for the last 5 months has kept this new website actually on the bottom of the list!
Creating a website for my speaking and my business blog is no different that creating a website for our customers. Identifying the goals of the website, outlining the structure, creating content, designing the site, building the site, testing, launching, it’s quite a task and no step can be missed or something is left out. That is why it is so hard to get started on a project and stick with it. Doing it right takes time.
Yes, re-prioritizing can help get a project off the ground, but if you don’t either have the time or make the time to do it right, the chances of being successful are slim to none. I’d like to get more done, but I especially like getting it right. With the help of some very talented people, I think this website is perfect!
